I’m a New York-based writer and editor whose interviews and profiles with leading writers, filmmakers, and artists have appeared in BOMB, The Paris Review, Mother Tongue, Observer, Guernica, T (The New York Times), Mixte (Paris) and more. Among them: Rachel Cusk, Olivia Laing, Josephine Decker, Ian Cheng, Loie Hollowell, Rick Alverson, Olivier Assayas, Alejandro Jodorowsky, Charlotte Gainsbourg, and Charlotte Rampling.  

I’m the writer-in-residence at the Yale Center for Collaborative Arts and Media, where I co-founded Maquette, a publication that documents the interdisciplinary discourse and projects of the students, faculty, and special guests. Contributors include Julie Curtiss, Gregory Crewdson, Keller Easterling, Jace Clayton a.k.a. /DJ rupture, and Ned Beauman. Maquette has been inducted into the Beinecke Rare Book & Manuscript Library collections.

I’ve held senior editorial roles at Paper, Tokion, Guernica, Romance, Osmos, and Marina Abramović’s Immaterial, and worked as a freelance copywriter, copy editor, line editor, and consultant for Netflix, The Jewish Museum, the United Nations, NYU, and more.
